Zebra Cleaning Card Kit for ZC100 and ZC300 Series ID Card Printers, Pack of 5 Pre-Saturated Cleaning Cards
Zebra 105999-311-01 Cleaning Card Kit for ZC100 / ZC300
The Zebra 105999-311-01 is the genuine cleaning card kit for Zebra’s ZC100 and ZC300 series ID card printers, supplied as a pack of five cleaning cards. Zebra lists the 105999-311 kit for the ZC1xx / ZC3xx family; the cards are pre-saturated with isopropyl alcohol and are fed through the printer to clean the card-feed rollers and card path.
Dust and debris on the rollers cause card-feed problems and specks or voids on printed cards. Regular cleaning with genuine cards keeps print quality consistent and protects the printhead, which is the most expensive part of a card printer.
What's in the Box
- 5 × Zebra cleaning cards for ZC100 / ZC300 series (feed name: pack of 5)
What It Means in Practice
- Feed a cleaning card through manual feed as described in the ZC100 / ZC300 user guide — Zebra notes the cards normally do an adequate job, with swabs reserved for stubborn deposits.
- Zebra’s ZC350 documentation rates each cleaning card for about 1,000 images of cleaning interval, so a pack of five covers many thousands of printed cards.
- Store the cards at +15 to +25°C, 30–50% RH, away from direct light, as Zebra specifies, so they do not dry out.
- The ribbon cartridge has its own cleaning roller; the cleaning card takes care of the rollers inside the printer.
What Will Not Work
- They will not fit or clean ZXP Series 1, 3, 7, 8 or 9 printers correctly — those use different Zebra kits.
- They will not repair a scratched or damaged printhead — permanent lines on every card need service.
- They are single-use: once a card has dried, it no longer cleans.
