PRZM Intelligent Imaging handles poorly printed, damaged, crinkled and reflective barcodes (glass bottles, cellophane, mobile screens) without hesitation. Integrated Checkpoint EAS deactivation eliminates a separate step at checkout, reducing sweethearting risk. Deep-red recessed illumination activates only when an item enters the scan zone, minimising eye strain for cashiers. The scanner is USB bus-powered with no external power supply required. Zebra DataCapture DNA (123Scan, Advanced Data Formatting, Remote Diagnostics) is built in for easy deployment and fleet management.
