The Zebra 3008872-T is a box of Z-Perform 1000D direct thermal paper labels in 38 x 38 mm, 270 labels per roll and 20 rolls per box, for businesses printing barcodes and product labels on Zebra label printers.

Zebra recommends Z-Perform 1000D for general-purpose indoor labelling, shipping labels, picking and receiving in warehouses, shelf-edge and price labels, and product identification. It uses a matte white paper face with a permanent adhesive and is made and pre-tested by Zebra for consistent print quality.

• Direct thermal printing: no ribbon to buy or change — the heat-sensitive face darkens under the printhead.
• The 38 x 38 mm size (38 mm wide by 38 mm feed length) suits small square product, price and item labels printed on Zebra QL and QLn series mobile printers.
• Topcoated or not, this is a paper face for indoor use; being uncoated, it is the economical everyday choice rather than the most durable one.
• Apply the labels above 0 °C; once applied and given about 24 hours to settle, they hold within -20 °C to +80 °C.
• Shelf life before use is 6 months if stored at 20–25 °C, 40–50% RH — buy in quantities you will use within that time.
• Order labels and spare rolls together for a new printer so you can start printing straight away; we can match the roll to your model.

• Do not use these with a ribbon expecting long-life print: direct thermal images fade with heat, sunlight and time, so they are not for archive or outdoor labels.
• Laser and inkjet printers — these are roll labels for thermal label printers only.
• Printers whose maximum media width is narrower than 38 mm, or whose media holder cannot take this roll.
• Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat or moisture, or application onto PVC surfaces (not recommended by Zebra).
