Zebra Z-Perform 1000D Direct Thermal Labels — 76 x 38 mm, Fanfold Pack of 6,078
76 x 38 mmFanfold · 6,078 labelsDirect thermalUncoated paper
The Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 3007007 is a fanfold pack of 6,078 white direct thermal paper labels, 76 x 38 mm, with a permanent acrylic adhesive — an economy label for product ID, work-in-progress, compliance and food labelling on thermal printers that can feed fanfold media.
Z-Perform 1000D is Zebra's uncoated direct thermal paper: no ribbon and the lowest cost per label in the range, at the price of less protection than topcoated paper. Fanfold packs sit outside the printer, so one pack replaces several rolls and roll-change downtime falls.
Before you order: Fanfold media needs a printer with a rear or bottom fanfold feed path (most Zebra industrial printers and many desktop models). Uncoated paper has limited resistance to moisture and abrasion.
What's in the Box
- 1 fanfold pack of Zebra Z-Perform 1000D labels
- 6,078 labels, 76 x 38 mm, white
- Permanent acrylic adhesive on kraft liner
- No ribbon — direct thermal
What It Means in Practice
- Place the pack behind or under the printer and feed it through the fanfold slot; no spindle or core is involved.
- Good for product ID, work-in-progress tracking, compliance and food labels that are used within days or weeks.
- Zebra recommends Z-Perform 1000D for normal speeds — not for high-speed printing applications.
- Print density on uncoated paper is slightly lower than on topcoated grades; test barcode grade if you print very small codes.
What Will Not Work
- Printers without a fanfold feed path.
- Outdoor labels, or labels exposed to moisture, oils or abrasion — uncoated paper has limited resistance.
- High-speed printing applications, which Zebra does not recommend for this material.
- Long-life labels: direct thermal print fades with heat and light; use thermal transfer for permanent ID.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Z-Perform 1000D fanfold is the budget workhorse for indoor, short-life labels when your printer can take fanfold: low cost per label and long runs between media changes. If labels get wet, scuffed or need to last, step up to topcoated or thermal transfer media. See our
Zebra labels and wristbands for other sizes and materials.
✓ Buy it if you print short-life indoor labels in volume on a printer with a fanfold feed.
✕ Skip it if labels face moisture, abrasion or outdoor use, or your printer cannot feed fanfold.
→ Also consider Zebra Z-Select 2000D topcoated labels for better barcode quality and resistance.
