The Zebra 3010066-T is a box of Z-Perform 1000D direct thermal paper labels in 102 x 159 mm, 440 labels per roll, for businesses printing barcodes and product labels on Zebra label printers.

Zebra recommends Z-Perform 1000D for general-purpose indoor labelling, shipping labels, picking and receiving in warehouses, shelf-edge and price labels, and product identification. It uses a matte white paper face with a permanent adhesive and is made and pre-tested by Zebra for consistent print quality.

  • Shelf life before use is 6 months if stored at 20–25 °C, 40–50% RH — buy in quantities you will use within that time.

What Will Not Work

  • Do not use these with a ribbon expecting long-life print: direct thermal images fade with heat, sunlight and time, so they are not for archive or outdoor labels.
  • Laser and inkjet printers — these are roll labels for thermal label printers only.
  • Printers whose maximum media width is narrower than 102 mm, or whose media holder cannot take this roll.
  • Long-term exposure to sunlight, heat or moisture, or application onto PVC surfaces (not recommended by Zebra).

Yes — a thermal transfer printer can print direct thermal labels with the ribbon removed and the printer set to direct thermal mode.
Will these labels fit my printer?
Fit depends on the printer's maximum media width, the roll core and the roll outer diameter it accepts. Send us your printer model and we confirm before you order.
How should I store spare rolls?
Keep unused rolls in their packaging, away from heat and direct light, ideally at 20–25 °C, 40–50% RH. Zebra rates storage before use at 6 months. Direct thermal paper reacts to heat, so never store it near radiators or in vehicles.
How long will the labels last once applied?
