Zebra Z-Select 2000D 101.6 x 152.4 mm Labels for Zebra ZQ500/ZQ600 mobile Printers
Direct thermal101.6 x 152.4 mm19 mm core16 rolls per box
The Zebra Z-Select 2000D 101.6 x 152.4 mm (3003074) is a premium coated direct thermal paper label on a 19 mm core for Zebra mobile printers, packed 16 rolls to a box. Zebra recommends it for shelf-edge and price labelling, chiller and freezer applications, product identification, healthcare sample labelling and warehouse shipping, picking, box and pallet labels.
Z-Select materials carry a protective topcoat that gives sharper print definition, faster print speeds, better printhead life and resistance to moisture, oils and other environmental factors than uncoated Z-Perform paper. The rolls are perforated between labels and carry a black mark for sensing, so each one tears off cleanly.
Before you order: This is a 19 mm core mobile roll (approx. 62 mm outer diameter) for 4-inch Zebra ZQ mobile printers. It will not suit 2- or 3-inch mobile printers or desktop and industrial printers.
What's in the Box
- 16 rolls of Zebra Z-Select 2000D 101.6 x 152.4 mm labels
- 19 mm core, approx. 62 mm roll outer diameter
- No ribbon required — direct thermal media
What It Means in Practice
- 101.6 x 152.4 mm (4 x 6 inch) is the standard courier shipping label size, so drivers and warehouse staff can print carrier labels straight from a mobile printer.
- Zebra rates the adhesive for excellent low-temperature resistance, so the labels also work on chilled goods.
- Coated direct thermal paper is the better choice where labels get handled, chilled or wiped — the topcoat protects the image and the barcode stays scannable.
- Direct thermal: the image is formed by heat on the heat-sensitive face — no ribbon to buy or change, ideal for shipping and short-life labels.
- Buying 16 rolls per box keeps a spare roll next to the printer and lowers the cost per label.
What Will Not Work
- Thermal transfer-only printers or ribbon mode — this is heat-sensitive direct thermal media
- Long-term sunlight or extreme heat exposure — direct thermal paper darkens or fades, and Zebra does not recommend it there
Key Features
Coated direct thermal
Topcoat protects the image against moisture and oils and keeps barcodes crisp.
No ribbon needed

Food-contact adhesive
Adhesive approved for direct contact with dry and moist non-fatty foods (EC 1935/2004, BfR XIV) and dry foods (FDA 175.105).
Printhead friendly
