Zebra Z-Perform 1000T Thermal Transfer Uncoated Paper Labels 38 x 25 mm, 5,180 per Roll, 10 Rolls, 76 mm Core, White
Zebra Z-Perform 1000T 38 x 25 mm Labels — 5,180 per Roll, 10 Rolls
Zebra Z-Perform 1000T 880006-025 is a box of 10 rolls of 38 x 25 mm matte white uncoated paper labels — 5,180 labels per roll, 51,800 in total — for Zebra industrial and mid-range printers that take 76 mm-core rolls (ZT200, ZT400, ZT600 and Xi series). Zebra’s economy thermal-transfer paper: a plain, uncoated face that prints sharp barcodes with a wax ribbon at a low cost per label.
Each label is 38 x 25 mm. The roll format matters as much as the material: industrial rolls are sized to the printer’s media compartment, so matching core and roll diameter to your printer is the first check before ordering. Thermal transfer printing melts ink from a ribbon onto the label, so the printed image is far more durable than direct thermal and does not fade in light or heat.
Choose Z-Perform 1000T when cost per label matters and the labels stay indoors and dry. If you print very small text or 2D codes, or labels meet moisture and handling, the topcoated Z-Select 2000T is the step up; if you would rather not stock ribbons at all and labels only need to last weeks, a direct thermal Z-Perform 1000D does the job.
What's in the Box
- 10 rolls × 5,180 labels (51,800 labels in total)
- 38 x 25 mm labels, matte white uncoated paper, on a 62 gsm glassine liner
- Rolls wound on a 76 mm (3") core
- No ribbon included — order it separately
- No printer, spindle adapter or software
What It Means in Practice
- Shelf-edge, price and small item labels
- Product and asset barcodes where space is limited
- Work-in-progress and bin labels
- Pair it with the recommended ribbon and print at your printer’s normal darkness — no special settings beyond selecting thermal transfer mode
- Expected lifespan on the item: indoor use, 1 year+
What Will Not Work
- Direct-thermal-only printers (models with a "d" suffix such as ZD421d or ZD411d) — they cannot use a ribbon
- Desktop printers with 25 mm spindles and 127 mm roll compartments — the 76 mm core and 200 mm roll will not fit
- Laser or inkjet office printers — this is thermal printer media only
- Wet, oily or outdoor environments — uncoated paper absorbs moisture; choose a coated or synthetic label
