The Zebra ZD421d is a 4-inch desktop label printer with 300 dpi output and up to 106 mm printable width. It prints heat-sensitive media without ribbon. USB, USB Host and Ethernet are fitted; BLE is for setup only. Three buttons and five status icons provide local control without an LCD.

Before you order:
Use a compatible label application and media within the 106 mm printable area. Heat-sensitive stock is required; ribbon transfer is unavailable. BLE 5 works with Zebra’s setup app and is not ordinary Bluetooth printing. Battery, cutter and peeler are optional; consumables are ordered separately.

  • The 127 mm media roll capacity reduces loading frequency. Direct thermal avoids ribbon changes, while media choice still determines heat/light resistance.
