What is the maximum label width?
The ZD611d is a 2-inch printer — it handles media up to 56 mm wide with a 2" (50.8 mm) print width. For 4-inch labels choose the ZD621 / ZT231 series.
Will my existing Zebra labels and templates still work?
Yes — Link-OS / EZPL is fully ZPL/ZPL II compatible. The ZD611 is the modern replacement for older GK420, GX430 and GC420 label printers and accepts the same label formats with minimal changes.
