The Zebra ZD621t (ZD6A043-30EF00EZ) is a 4-inch thermal transfer desktop label printer for retail, healthcare, logistics and light manufacturing teams that print durable product, asset and shipping labels with a ribbon.

This configuration prints at 300 dpi up to 108 mm wide and 152 mm/s, has a tear-off bar, status icons instead of an LCD screen, and connects over USB, Ethernet, serial and Bluetooth Low Energy for app-based setup.

• Thermal transfer: with a ribbon, labels resist heat, abrasion, chemicals and sunlight — right for asset, product and long-life labels. It takes both 74 m Zebra ribbons and 300 m ribbons (adapters included for non-Zebra cores).
• Media: labels 15–118 mm wide on rolls up to 127 mm diameter, 12.7 or 25.4 mm core (larger cores with an adapter kit), 0.08–0.19 mm thick.
• Fine print: 300 dpi keeps small text, small 2D barcodes and logos sharp on jewellery, pharmacy, electronics and asset labels.
• Integration: ZPL II and EPL2 are built in, so existing Zebra label formats, drivers and business systems print without changes.
• Connectivity: USB, USB host, 10/100 Ethernet and RS-232 are standard; a Wi-Fi 6 / Bluetooth 5.3 module can be added later.
• Setup: without an LCD, configuration runs through Zebra’s mobile setup app over BLE, the web page or driver; status icons show media, ribbon and errors.

• Cutting or peeling: labels are torn off by hand. Cutter and peeler are separate options.
• Wider labels: maximum print width is 108 mm; 6-inch labels need an industrial printer.
• Wi-Fi: not included. Wireless printing needs the optional Wi-Fi 6 / Bluetooth 5.3 module.
• Top speed: 300 dpi prints up to 152 mm/s; the 203 dpi version reaches 203 mm/s for plain shipping labels.
