The Zebra 105999-701 Print Station Cleaning Kit is the genuine Zebra cleaning kit for the print station of ZXP Series 7 ID card printers, with long cleaning cards for the card path and short cleaning cards for the feeder. It is for card bureaus, HR and security teams that run ZXP Series 7 printers and need to keep image quality and card feeding consistent.
Zebra specifies cleaning the card path and the feeder path every 5,000 cards. Over time, dust and residue on the rollers cause spots on printed cards and feeding problems, and they increase wear on the printhead. This kit supplies the cards for that routine maintenance.
Before you order: This is the print station kit only. If your ZXP Series 7 has a laminator, Zebra uses a different kit for the print station and laminator together (105999-704). The ZXP7 cleaning cartridges kit (P1037750-046) is a spare part, not cleaning cards.
