Zebra ZeroLiner 2000D 76 mm x 19 m Linerless Direct Thermal Labels
ZeroLiner 2000D76 mm x 19 m19 mm coreLinerless
The Zebra ZeroLiner 2000D ZIPZLM3016410 is a box of 20 rolls of 76 mm wide, 19 m long linerless direct thermal paper labels for Zebra mobile printers built for linerless media, such as the linerless versions of the ZQ320 Plus, ZQ521, ZQ620 and ZQ630.
Linerless means there is no backing paper: the adhesive sits under a silicone-topcoated face, so the roll carries more labels, leaves no liner waste, and the printer cuts or tears each label to the length you print — from a short price tag to a long receipt-style label. Zebra positions it for indoor general-purpose labelling and notes excellent suitability for cold-temperature environments.
Before you order: Linerless media only runs in Zebra printers built for linerless operation, which use a special platen roller and tear bar. A standard ZQ, ZD or ZT printer with a normal platen will jam and gum up with this media. Check that your printer model is the linerless version before ordering.
What's in the Box
- 20 rolls of Zebra ZeroLiner 2000D linerless labels, Zebra part number ZIPZLM3016410
- Each roll 76 mm wide x 19 m long continuous, on a 19 mm core with about 50 mm roll diameter
- No liner, no ribbon — direct thermal printing
- No printer, software or accessories included
What It Means in Practice
- Continuous media: the label length is set in your application, so one roll covers shelf tags, picking labels and longer delivery labels
- No liner to dispose of — less waste on the shop floor and more labels per roll than a lined roll of the same diameter
- The small 50 mm roll fits the media bay of Zebra linerless mobile printers worn on a belt or shoulder strap
- Direct thermal: no ribbon to change, but the print is sensitive to heat, sunlight and friction over time
- Set the printer and label software to continuous linerless media before printing
What Will Not Work
- Standard (lined-media) printers — without a linerless platen the exposed adhesive sticks to the rollers and jams
- Zebra desktop and industrial printers that are not linerless models
- Applications with chemical exposure or heat — Zebra does not recommend this material for them
- Thermal transfer printing — this is a direct thermal material
Key Features
No liner waste
No backing paper to throw away, which reduces waste and the time spent peeling labels.
More labels per roll
Without a liner, more label length fits on each roll, so mobile workers change rolls less often.
Print and cut to length
Continuous media lets the application decide the label length for every job.
Cold-temperature suitable
Zebra rates it excellent for cold-temperature environments such as chilled retail areas.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it work in my ZQ620?
Only if it is the linerless version of the ZQ620 with the linerless platen. A standard ZQ620 needs lined labels; tell us the full model code from the printer label and we will check.
Why is the size 76 mm x 19 m and not a label size?
The roll is continuous: 19 m is the length of media on each roll and the printer cuts or tears each label to the length you print.
How do I set up the printer?
Select continuous linerless media in the printer settings or Zebra Setup Utilities and set the label length in your application, then calibrate.
