ZeroLiner 4500D is continuous direct thermal paper with permanent adhesive and no disposable backing liner. This SKU supplies eight 50 mm-wide, 100 m-long rolls for linerless printing setups.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Use a Zebra ZD621 direct thermal printer fitted with the appropriate linerless platen/roller and linerless tear-off or cutter handling. This roll has a 25 mm nominal core and 127 mm outside diameter. Ordinary label-printer configuration is insufficient; verify the fitted linerless hardware and media settings. No ribbon is required.
