The ZOTAC ZBOX edge MI668 Barebone Mini PC (part number ZBOX-MI668-BE, EAN 4895173627941) is an ultra-slim 0.64-litre mini PC built around the 12-core Intel Core i7-1360P processor with Iris Xe graphics. As a barebone, it ships without RAM, SSD or operating system, so you add your own DDR5 memory, M.2 SSD and OS — ideal for compact office, creative, signage and edge deployments that need real performance in a tiny footprint. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Barebone — what you need to add
This is a barebone kit: no RAM, no SSD and no operating system are included. To complete it you add up to 64GB of DDR5 SO-DIMM memory (2 slots), an M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD (a second M.2 2242 PCIe Gen3/SATA slot is also available), and a Windows or Linux licence.

Singular Expert Insight
The ZBOX edge MI668 packs a 12-core i7 and Thunderbolt 4 into a remarkably slim 0.64L chassis — a strong choice when you need real performance and triple-display support but minimal desk space. As a barebone you add your own DDR5 and M.2 SSD to control cost. For the latest AI-PC NPU you would look to a Core Ultra mini PC, but for pure productivity the 1360P is excellent value. Pair it with a DDR5 SO-DIMM kit and an M.2 NVMe SSD to complete the build.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
