Zyxel Nebula FWA70 5G Outdoor Fixed Wireless Access Router
5G NR up to 7Gbps (SA)IP55 Outdoor · -30 to 55°C2.5GbE PoE PortNebula Cloud Managed
The Zyxel Nebula FWA70 (part number FWA70-EU0102F) is a rugged 5G outdoor router for fixed wireless access, designed to capture the strongest 5G signal from outside and deliver it indoors over a single PoE cable. With 5G NR speeds up to 7 Gbps, IP55 weatherproofing and Nebula cloud management, it is ideal for rural homes, businesses and sites where a fixed line is unavailable or unreliable. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Before you buy
A nano-SIM with an active 5G / 4G data plan is required and is not included; real-world speeds depend on your carrier and signal. The FWA70 is powered and connected over a single 2.5GbE PoE cable (IEEE 802.3af/at) — a compatible PoE injector/switch is required. It is an outdoor unit that captures the signal; you typically pair it with an indoor router or access point for Wi-Fi distribution.
Best For
✓Rural or remote sites without fixed broadband
✓Capturing 5G signal outdoors for stronger reception
✓Businesses needing reliable fixed wireless access
✓Weatherproof, all-year outdoor installation
✓Single-cable PoE deployment on wall, pole or window
✓Cloud-managed multi-site rollouts via Nebula
Key Features
5G NR up to 7 Gbps
Supports 5G NR in both SA and NSA modes (SA: up to 7.01 Gbps download / 2.5 Gbps upload) with 4G LTE fallback, delivering fibre-like speeds where 5G coverage is strong.
Rugged outdoor design
An IP55 weatherproof body operates from -30°C to 55°C, with 6 kV surge protection and tolerance to Level 12 wind force, built for permanent outdoor installation.
Directional antennas
Four built-in directional antennas with up to 9 dBi gain focus on the cell tower for a stronger, more stable connection than an indoor router in weak-signal areas.
Single-cable PoE & Nebula
A single 2.5GbE PoE cable carries both data and power for a clean install, while Zyxel Nebula cloud management enables remote configuration, monitoring and multi-site deployment.

Singular Expert Insight
Choose the FWA70 when you need the strongest possible 5G reception in a weak-signal or rural location — its outdoor IP55 build, directional antennas and single-cable PoE make it ideal for fixed wireless access. If you already have good indoor 5G signal, an indoor 5G router is simpler and cheaper. Pair the FWA70 with an indoor router or mesh system to distribute Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You need reliable 5G in a rural or weak-signal location and want a rugged outdoor router with directional antennas, IP55 weatherproofing and single-cable PoE.
Skip it if
You already have strong indoor 5G signal — an indoor 5G router will be simpler, cheaper and provide Wi-Fi directly.
Also consider
For indoor 5G with built-in Wi-Fi, consider the Zyxel Nebula FWA515; pair the FWA70 with an indoor router or mesh for Wi-Fi coverage.
