Measure the desk: 900 mm wide by 400 mm deep covers most of a standard desktop and will overhang the front edge of a shallow one. Understand the surface before choosing it — 1.5 times smoother than standard fabric means this mat leans fast. If you aim with your whole arm at low sensitivity and need the mouse to brake, a heavier control cloth suits you better. At 3 mm the cushioning ASUS mentions is slight rather than real padding, and there is no wrist rest and no lighting.
