The Club 3D CAC-1083 is a 2 m active cable with a DisplayPort 1.4 male plug on the source end and an HDMI male plug on the display end, converting to HDMI 2.0 video at up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz with HDR and 12-bit deep colour. The active conversion means it works from standard DisplayPort outputs on graphics cards and PCs, not only dual-mode (DP++) ports.
Compatibility Note: This is a DisplayPort-to-HDMI cable, not USB-C. It works in one direction only: DisplayPort source (PC, graphics card) to HDMI display — it cannot connect an HDMI laptop to a DisplayPort monitor.
