The Good Connections 8070R-005G is a 0.5 m green S/FTP PiMF patch cable made from Cat 7 raw cable with two shielded Cat 6A RJ45 plugs, AWG 26 oxygen-free copper and a halogen-free jacket, built for 10 Gigabit Ethernet patching.
The part number is 8070R-005G (EAN 4014619324477). Its RNS latch protection (Rastnasenschutz) stops the plug latch from twisting or snapping off — a common failure on busy patch panels. The 6.5 mm cable is flame-retardant to IEC 60332-1, halogen-free to IEC 60754-2, low-smoke to IEC 61034, and wired 1:1 to EIA/TIA-568B with gold-plated contacts. Before you buy
The raw cable is manufactured to Cat 7 specifications, but the RJ45 plugs are Cat 6A, so the link performs as Cat 6A at 500 MHz (the retailer data quoting 600 MHz refers to the raw cable). That is fully sufficient for 10 GbE. Good Connections does not publish a PoE class for this cord.
