The dual-ear (Duo) design helps the agent concentrate on the conversation by covering both ears, while the wideband HD Voice speakers and "air shock" noise-cancelling microphone deliver consistently clear two-way audio. The Quick Disconnect (QD) plug separates the headset cable from the bottom cord so the agent can step away from the desk without removing the headset, and the Kevlar-reinforced cable is built to survive office chair wheels and daily wear.
Connection Note: This headset terminates in a Jabra Quick Disconnect (QD) plug, not USB or 3.5mm. To use it with a softphone, PC or deskphone you also need a Jabra QD bottom cord (USB, USB-C, RJ9 deskphone cord, etc.) appropriate for your endpoint.
