The Quick Disconnect (QD) plug separates the headset cable from the bottom cord so the agent can step away from the desk without removing the headset, and the Kevlar-reinforced cable is built to survive office chair wheels and daily wear.
Connection Note: This headset terminates in a Jabra Quick Disconnect (QD) plug, not USB or 3.5mm. To use it with a softphone, PC or deskphone you also need a Jabra QD bottom cord (USB, USB-C, RJ9 deskphone cord, etc.) appropriate for your endpoint.
