How to choose a midi tower
- Clearances. Check the maximum graphics card length and CPU cooler height, and the radiator sizes if you plan liquid cooling.
- Airflow. Mesh fronts and two or three included fans keep components cool; glass fronts look clean but breathe less.
- Front ports. Look for USB-C on the front panel if you use newer phones and drives; it needs a matching motherboard header.
- Power supply. Most cases come without a power supply; a few budget office cases include one.
