Compatibility — check before buying:
This drive has a Lightning connector, not USB-C. It fits iPhone 5 through iPhone 14 and Lightning iPads and iPods. It will not fit an iPhone 15, 16 or 17, or any USB-C iPad, because Apple changed those models to USB-C and a Lightning plug cannot enter a USB-C port. If your iPhone charges with a USB-C cable, buy the SanDisk Phone Drive with USB-C instead, or the SanDisk Phone Drive for iPhone, which carries both connectors.
