The TP-Link UB500 is an ultra-compact nano USB dongle that brings Bluetooth 5.0 to any desktop or laptop running Windows 11, 10, 8.1 or 7. With EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) plus BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), it pairs reliably with up to 7 devices simultaneously — mouse, keyboard, headset, speakers, printer or game-controller — and falls back gracefully to older Bluetooth versions down to BT 1.1. Its nano form factor means it sits flush in a USB port, so you can leave it plugged in even while travelling.
Compatibility Note: Windows only. The UB500 does not officially support macOS, Linux, smart TVs, or direct console use (PS4/PS5/Xbox). Windows 7 requires a driver download from the TP-Link website; Windows 8.1/10/11 are plug-and-play.
