Yealink WH68 UC Dual Stereo DECT and Bluetooth Headset with Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation
Hybrid ANC with 6 microphonesUp to 185 m DECT rangeBluetooth 5.3 dual modeCarrying case in the box
The Yealink WH68 UC Dual is the noise-cancelling model in Yealink’s DECT headset range. Dual here means dual-ear: a stereo, on-ear headset with memory foam cushions and an adjustable boom arm. Product 1208713 ships with the WHB680 charging base, and the headset runs either over DECT from that base, with up to 185 m of range, or straight over Bluetooth 5.3 to a phone. Six MEMS microphones do two jobs at once — hybrid active noise cancellation for the wearer, and Yealink Acoustic Shield 3.0 for the person on the call. Battery is up to 16 hours on DECT and up to 32 hours on Bluetooth.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Every port on the WHB680 base is USB Type-C or mini USB. There is no USB-A socket on the base and no RJ9 deskphone jack, so this will not plug into a desk phone headset port and a site replacing an older USB-A base should check its cabling. A USB-C to USB-A cable is supplied for older PCs. The external busylight is an optional accessory and is not in the box. Watch the model name too: the WH68 Workstation uses a touchscreen base instead of the plain WHB680, and the WH68 Hybrid is a separate product line with its own specification.
Best For
✓ Open-plan floors where the wearer needs real noise cancellation
✓ Users who move between a DECT base and a mobile on Bluetooth
✓ Long shifts that benefit from 32 hours on Bluetooth
✓ Desks that need range across a large floor
✓ Staff who travel and want the case included
✓ Seats already standardised on Yealink UC platforms
Key Features
Hybrid active noise cancellation
Yealink publishes a hybrid ANC system using feedforward and feedback microphones — two of each — so the room quietens for the wearer, not just for the caller.
Six microphones, two jobs
Six MEMS microphones covering 100 Hz to 10,000 Hz serve both the ANC stage and Acoustic Shield Technology 3.0, which cleans up the outgoing voice.
DECT and Bluetooth in one headset
Up to 185 m of DECT range from the WHB680 base, or Bluetooth 5.3 direct to a phone, with up to 16 hours of talk on DECT and up to 32 hours on Bluetooth.
Built for long days
A 30 mm driver covering 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz in music mode, rotatable memory foam ear cushions, an integrated busylight, and a carrying case in the box.

Singular Expert Insight
Across Yealink’s DECT range the WH68 is the one to pick when noise cancellation is the requirement. The WH66 and WH67 both use the touchscreen workstation base but neither has ANC, and the WH67 caps out at 120 m of range; the WH68 trades the touch screen for a plain charging base and gains hybrid ANC, Bluetooth 5.3 and 185 m of range. So the real question is whether the desk wants a screen or quiet. One caution: check the base variant on the quote, because a WH68 Workstation is a different product with the touchscreen base. The range sits in Office and VoIP Headsets and desk speakerphones in Speakers. Tell us your softphone platform and we will confirm the variant.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want a stereo DECT headset that genuinely cancels noise for the wearer, reaches 185 m from its base, and switches to Bluetooth for the phone.
Skip it if
You need a touchscreen base with a built-in speakerphone, or you need to plug into a desk phone through an RJ9 jack. Neither is available here.
Also consider
The Yealink WH67 if the touchscreen workstation base and four wearing styles matter more than ANC, or the Jabra Engage 45 SE for a deskphone-first DECT setup.
